Our story
We provide our services to various clients in China and the West. Independent individuals, SME, Fortune 500 companies, governments and NGOs, they all rely on our services which we improved and extended over the years.
In 1999, we started as a web design company in Germany to create websites for European clients. Over the years we gradually moved towards the Chinese market. So did our clients. Well-known brands asked us to help them improve their web presence in China.
As our creative agency grew, we expanded to three departments: APPS & WEB, ADDICT, and ACTION. Beginning in 2008, we not only focused on domestic markets but also began operating as a link between China and Europe. We increasingly provided our services to Chinese clients who wanted to conduct marketing campaigns in Europe and expand their businesses to the West.
One of our key strengths is the cooperation between our departments. Without efficient internal communication we wouldn’t have been able to achieve what we did.

The A-Team
Led by project manager Ben von der Recke, who has worked as a web designer, developer and consultant for more than ten years, the Hamburg team specifically focuses on conceptual planning, web design, animations (incl. flash) and motion design.
Project managers Johannes Kadura (University of Cambridge), Karsten Luc (Technical University Berlin), and John Yang (National University of Singapore) run the Beijing office. Just like Ben, all three managers have been working in the online sector for several years and have operated different websites themselves. Our team in Beijing specializes in large-scale programming tasks (including community websites and e-commerce projects).
